Shipping Coverage

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we always do our best, delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days, contact us at shewearsitall@gmail.com, and we’ll help track it down.

We want you to love everything you wear from She Wears It All. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to assist, subject to availability.

Exchange Eligibility

Items can be exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items are eligible for exchange in size or color only — not for different styles.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Sale items are non-exchangeable.

How to Exchange

Email us at shewearsitall@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
